This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking of any kind. There is nothing to accept.

What we receive

• Visits. Like every web server, ours records the address of the device, the time and the page requested. These records serve only security and the operation of the site, and are deleted after a limited period.
• Emails. If you write to us, we use your address and your message only to answer you and, if you become a customer, to manage your licence.
• Request form. If you fill in the form, we receive your name, email and, if you give them, company, country, the data you work with, what you need and your message. We use them only to answer your request and follow it up (demo, trial, quote), at your request before any contract. They stay in the contact register of our licence server for 24 months after the last contact, or as long as you are a customer; we do not use them for newsletters.
• Licence key. On the download page, the key you type is sent to our licence server only to check that it is valid. It is not stored by the site.

We do not sell or pass on personal data. The site and the licence server are hosted in the European Union.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to info@menci.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
